Does it count if I went into food shopping with that intention and then didn't purchase any of the items I meant to purchase and instead ended up with boxed pasta?

How does google ads work? If I click on them, does it automatically put money in the fund?

The google ads are pay-per-click (so there's a varying payment for every click). Once you raise $100 you can collect payment. Then we can decide which charity it goes to.
