Today I'm 25w4d. One day further along than my cousin was, earlier this year, when she gave birth to her daughter at the same hospital I am booked into.
The child is doing well. Cousin still carries oxygen everywhere, but is hoping to drop to nights only within the next couple of weeks, and the doctors are generally very happy with how things are progressing.
I would like to cook this baby for at least a couple more months, of course. But yesterday it struck me that our chances of a good outcome are starting to get decently high. Which is a nice thought.

It is a nice thought, but better is to stick it out the whole 3d trimester too. Child, it's for you own good. ;-)
I think the relief of knowing it could be ok is priceless. Hope this little one cooks for a couple more months!

Yeah, you need to hang in there little one - no early arrivals. I just did a 35 wk delivery with my girl, and trust me, it isn't the most fun we could have had. I'm glad to have her here safe, but stressed out really isn't the best way to meet your Mommy.
I remember when I reached viability when I was pregnant with Lyla, a beautiful thought indeed. Fingers crossed that everything keeps progressing well. Glad to hear that your cousin's baby is okay
